We take an abundance approach to nutrition, working with you, to find sustainable approaches to nurturing your body and particularly your gut's microbiome. This means no foods are off limits. We work with you to create lifestyle approaches and principles rather than following prescribed diets, rules and controlled eating.

Outdoor Activities
Engage with nature in our dynamic outdoor fitness programs.
Movement should be effortless, enjoyable and about helping us form positive connections with ourselves, our friends and family and nature. In doing so we learn to be grateful for what we already have. We celebrate how you move now and support you to create even more ease, understanding and connections to allow movement to become mindful and central to your everyday life. In so doing, we support you to lead a more fulfilling and happy life.
We firmly believe that whatever the weather, experiencing the outdoors has an amazing restorative effect on the mind and body. So come wind, rain or sunshine, our outdoor group and individual sessions will be running. We tailor movement approaches that work with the weather we are experiencing that day, to stay safe and enjoy how we interact with nature.
